Dixons offers a number of delivery services. The company only delivers to UK addresses, excluding the Channel Islands.

Buying a Vacuum Cleaner from Dixons: Refunds and Returns Policy

You can cancel your before delivery or up to 7 days after delivery by emailing or telephoning Dixons.
If you want to return your vacuum cleaner, it must be complete, unused, in ‘as new’ condition, and returned in the original packaging. You’ll receive a full refund but you must pay £7.99 for Dixons to collect the vacuum cleaner from you.
If there is a fault with your vacuum cleaner within 12 months of delivery, Dixons will offer a repair, exchange or refund. The refund will include the cost of returning the vacuum cleaner. Dixons will not offer this returns service if the vacuum cleaner has been damaged by accident, or through neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
